d. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund within 2 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Refund Exceptions

Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
