  • Orders placed after 5 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Free Shipping Policy (United States)
  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, including the contiguous 48 states, Alaska, and Hawaii.
  • Estimated delivery time for free shipping is 5-7 business days.
3. Shipment to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We offer shipping to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories. Delivery times to these locations may take longer than standard delivery.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order is processed, which includes a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided or directly on our website.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

We strive to ensure your items are delivered safely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at sales@rypomac.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

If you suspect your package is lost, please contact us for further assistance. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but will help you file a claim with the courier service if necessary.

6. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of the United States. However, we are actively exploring options to expand to global destinations.
